itunes alternatives to add photos to my iphone

i posted question similar in section, after on 100 views & no replies, guess question confusing, ask in simpler way here.

use itunes, not arrange photos in order want them appear.

have had use iphoto (for photo order).

can sync iphoto library through itunes?

 

yes, once arrange photos in specific folder using program can point itunes folder saved , sync on itunes.
