Will Apple repair my old/used macbook pro?

i had buy macbook pro random person on kijiji (a site craigslist) after 2010 macbook pro stolen , have no idea programs legally installed or if mac rebuilt scrap parts (i think it's 2007 model, , no serial number shows anywhere on mac) , i'm wondering if apple still fix macbook if possibly have illegally downloaded software on , don't have original receipt or anything?? know won't covered under warranty, need built in isight repaired because it's not working @ app. tried every online solution troubleshooting still says there's no camera connected i'm assuming there's problem hardware or cable can't fix myself. bought used macbook last october , today experienced problems isight.

 

if cost pretty penny. better off buying new 1 or refurb. no insurance on old one? bummer.
