Genius Bar Horrible Job

today set appointment apple store because there smudge , dust behind glass , on lcd. cleaned there smudge , everything. complained rep , set appointment. took longer , told me cant dust out , smudges cause they, technicians, don't work in 'labs". upset have wasted time. there way file complaint. want have perfect screen without problems.
