Can't get Anyring to work

i paid it, , wasnt using because had callbar.
have upgraded use callbar.
cant save ringtone. created 1 doesnt show in list of sounds on preferences.

else having problem?

notice when using app, doesnt show running when double tap home button.
whats that?
