software for moving contacts from iphone to computer

i have used windows addressbook , not ms outlook. have used outlook express. worked fine because had identity iphone.
since upgrading win7 , there not being windows address book due outlook express. along me not liking ms outlook, have found windows live mail do-able. wlm puts of contacts in 1 contact folder , not allow them separate in oe , separate identities.
itunes wanting sync in contacts not user friendly me.

suggestions, have looked few different programs not finding usable.

 

what google sync?

didn't if allows contacts separated, it's worth checking out...
