11" and 13" 256gb SSD interchangeable? Same size\specs?

i'm curious if 2 computers have same ssd in them. understand there whole toshiba\samsung debate, mean if have 11" 256gb in it, can swap 256gb in 13" ... ??? or if 13" , downsize 11", specs same move ssd me?

owc sells upgrade ssd's macbook airs , same 1 both 11" , 13".
