3g Service RESTRICTED at work?!

during week @ work have notice 3g service (or 2g service) not work when @ work. iphone not load pages or apps require internet service. when home normal. have had internet @ work before, seems disabled.

possible?? possible them restrict it? not specific errors. keeps loading , loading , timing out.

 

do mean:

1) have bad cellphone coverage or reception when @ workplace?

2) or if employer purposely blocking external cellphone signal?
