Screen flashing in Chrome / Gmail

ever since either chrome 18 update , / or 10.7.3 update (not sure because happened close)....

when composing new email in gmail, screen flash. it's similar flash when press screen capture on ios device. it's highly annoying. in chrome makes entire screen flash. switched safari few hours , happened there except whole screen doesn't flash, safari window.

else experience this?

 

haven't experienced it, , use chrome access gmail.
