weird mobile/full site loading bug

hi, mod or admin sees , can tell me what's going.

visit mr multiple times day (from phone , laptop, on both of opt full version of site), , lately i've been experiencing annoying little error. there seems no rhyme or reason version of site loaded. on phone, annoying can let go, when appears mobile version of site on desktop, else must wrong. else getting this? (my 3gs did in last few weeks of life)
