Unjailbreaking iPhone 4S 5.0.1 9A405

i jailbroke iphone month or ago using application absinthe. has been fine it. have found not use features , go original ios , update 5.1.

first tried letting update happen automatically ended telling me iphone not eligible update wrong.

tried putting in dfu mode , option clicking restore , installing 5.0.1 ipsw downloaded off internet. gave me 1600 error.

tried erasing , restoring factory settings on iphone go black rotating loading icon sit there , not go away until held home , sleep buttons turn on. not sure other options have in situation.

last resort smash , go , pay $50 bucks new 1 apple store applecare+. if has seen or can appreciative.

put dfu mode , click restore in itunes. update ios 5.1.
