Multiple TV Scenario

could assist me in telling whether or not work:

- wish display videos have created , rendered mp4's on 3 hdtvs.
- want 3 tvs display same video.
- is possible place of videos itunes, create playlist, , play videos on ipad, go 3 separate apple tv components hooked 3 hdtvs?
- wifi available.

guess 2 main questions are:
1) if have 3 apple tvs hooked 3 hdtvs, sync ipad?
2) can show videos outside of itunes? or way apple tv works show programming through itunes?

in advance help!

i'm not entirely convinced there won't sync issues due latency. use 1 apple tv , active video splitter feed displays
