3gs jailbroken and unlocked stuck on apple logo after reset, please help!

hi everyone,

had 3gs few years , after got new iphone4 decided not need 3gs , wanted give friend of mine.

jailbroken , unlocked on 4.1 fw , 06.15.00 bb
did not know not supposed reset phone...
after resetting phone stuck on apple logo.
after observing few hours(i had left next me while working) seems after while restart , stuck on logo again.

not problem if have buy jailbreak or unlock.

steps working condition?

p.s. please let me know if need more information.

edit: 16.50.00 bb changed 06.15.00 (i sorry that, did jailbreak long ago ...)

weird happened...
while trying recover 3gs being stuck on apple logo other phone iphone4 without being touched entered recovery mode ...
think has 3gs?!?!?

 

there no such baseband version.
mean 06.15.00?
can restore custom firmware since have ipad bb.
can either restore custom 4.1 since apple still signs 3gs or go 5.1 stuck tethered jb.
