Home Folder space issue

hi,

first of all, sorry if in wrong section, appreciate advice give...

updated 2010 mbp hard drive standard 250gb seagate 750gb drive last august, dvd collection onto computer use itunes , apple tv 2.

issue have home folder itunes content stored amongst other things totaling around 450gb showing has 33gb left, when select main hard drive in finder shows there on 200gb of space left :/

possibly shed light on how can add space home folder?

a couple of things, first use disk utility see if there's problems drive.

secondly i'd recommend omnidisksweeper produce list of folders/files sorted usage. you'll see how space being consumed.

i'm not sure why you're seeing difference in free space, why recommend using disk utility first check health of drive.
