Shift + Tab no longer working

hi,

have tried looking , searching this, shift + tab no longer goes previous link/text field used to. i'm not sure changed, nothing now.

thankfully tab has same functionality, love able back.

there settings somewhere can set this? i've looked in keyboard settings have yet find setting this.

 

i had problem once dont remember how fixed
