What keyboard/mouse/monitor did the G4 MDD (june 2003) come with?

ok bought 2003 mdd off ebay, quite while ago in fact, it's last g4 model released able boot os 9 since had firewire 400. if have 1 of these, when bought did come monitor, keyboard , mouse?

mine hasn't, fine since knew didn't when bought it, @ time of buying did ask guy couldn't remember thing came when got since "had bought many macs on years" , can't locate information on net. monitor mac , keyboard/mouse but, original stuff came with, if indeed did come standard. i've looked before not come definitive answers maybe can sorted.

if did, , have these, or @ least have information hand, me massive favour , tell me apple part numbers monitor/keyboard/mouse? i'd appreciate it. i'm guessing if came 15" lcd display , maybe bog standard black apple pro keyboard , mouse either way if chuck me part numbers on these can exact models.

know it's bit over-the-top having original equipment hand can "i own complete package".

 

if have 1 @ or below 1.25ghz (built on or before jan. 2003), have came apple pro mouse (black) m5769 , apple pro keyboard (black) m7803. if correct, white keyboards not offered until several months after discontinuation of mdd have.

if 1.25 ghz (built after jan. 2003) have came white apple mouse & keyboard (m5769 & a1048 respectively).

displays, have been ordered 17" studio display. 15" discontinued in oct. 2002.

in experience, found older black pro keyboards kind of clunky , never found 1 in decent shape, ended getting white mouse & keyboard imac g4 (matches better well). white apple keyboard , mouse produced way until 2007 well, have better chance of finding 1 of in better condition.
