Phone stuck in boot loop.

ok have iphone 4with 5.1 installed , tethered jailbroken. doing stuck in boot should easy fix wont go dfu mode... believe going dfu not being detected computer. ive had in recovery mode , dfu , still not detected computer used both mac , windows , multiple usb drives , ive tried other phone , detected. doesnt matter if needs restored or not want detected. , yes itunes latest version , ive tried restin computers , that. please , thank you.
