Upgrading from Snow Leopard/XP to Lion/Win7

hey folks,

i'm halfway through upgrading oses on computer snow leopard/xp lion/win7. right have lion installed , old boot camp xp partition still functional (typing in chrome on xp side, gonna play sw:tor when i'm done!).

convert xp partition vm (i have had vmware fusion 3 while now) , clean win7 install boot camp partition.

i'm no expert fusion, don't know if/how can turn partition file resides on osx partition. help/advice great. thanks!
