Buying advice

i looking replace windows 7 machine, have new macbook air , want keep moving mac line.

desktop, must install windows 7 on it, parallels, etc. have go on mini, whatever version get.

don't play games, ever, graphics not worry me. surfing web, using vpn work, nothing intensive.

basic mini ok or better bump 2.5 dedicated graphics card? going bump ram 8gb no matter what. hard drive speed doesn't need lighting fast, can add ssd later on.

main question worth cost go 2.3 2.5 , dedicated graphics?

there 0 reason buy mac if you're going install , use windows 7 whole time.
