Would you rather....

i started thread because curious how other macbook owners feel.

after few years of having macbook, makes want buy new macbook?

if speed related, rather spend $1000-$2500 newest model macbook or rather upgrade hard drive solid state drive $150-$250 , better boost in speed?


reason ask because people know when start getting frustrated macs getting slower, want new macbook entirely , don't consider other options. want know opinion on matter.

 

it depends on how old , whether stopped fulfilling purpose. example, macbook 5 years old , can no longer need to, buy new. if have macbook 1 or 2 years old , thing use surfing internet, stick have.
