so bought season 1 of big bang theory , watched 5 episodes , episodes watched gone now. question once watch tv shows go away off ipad can save tv shows on ipad?

 

i'm no expert apple products (having converted in last 6 months after 20+ years) --- have purchased several episodes (tv shows) via apple tv box , able play them on ipad 3 fun - , didn't "go away."
