Photoshop CS3 Crashes Immediately on Opening

i've searched threads , haven't found problem, i'm sorry if it's duplicate. photoshop cs3 crashes open on mac. worked fine several months , not open. i've tried re-installing, cmd+option+shift , deleting preferences/settings, , deleting plug-in i've seen can create problems. have attached problem report. appreciated!
