How is ipad2 selling for so much?

i looked @ ebay , i'm surprised ipad 2s selling $320+ considering used , apple selling new ones $400 same model. wasn't going ipad3 unless sell 2 $300+. it's basic model , in great shape. think it?

 

ebay isn't known have astute , aware buyers. takes day or 2 ebay market catch w/ reality. few people realize ipad 2 price has been cut b/c news has been "new ipad".
