Help recovering saved over word doc on lion 10.7.3

i in middle of working on paper class. using papers format example. when went press save as, accidentally pressed save. wrote on previous paper had. there way recover original doc? looked in office 2011 recovery file, recovered paper working on. suggestions?

oh , both papers due tonight. fml

 

if still open, undo way ...
