ipad2 v5.0.1 wifi only. facetime not ring incoming calls, have searched answer , have not come solution. mute button disabled, volume buttons @ max, caller's voice sound comes thru once accepted (if happen notice calling). appreciated. same non-ringtone problem on parents ipad2. thanks.

found solution worked.
settings->general->use side switch to: make sure mute checked, toggle side switch button off/on , should ring on next incoming call
