Advice on a Blu-ray streaming setup at home

here's want , need advice on how it:

1. rip blu-ray discs exact copies. menus, extras, , of stuff. want of it. assume ripping single iso anydvd best way go here exact , easy manage.

2. storage playback. i'm assuming best way have computer large raid lots of storage. playback i'm assuming modern processor do. on gigabit network.

3. here's tricky part me... how iso stream devices? have mid-range equipment right running current setup actual discs. blu-ray players, onkyo receivers, apple tv, ps3, ect. house has 3 levels, , each level has hdtv on it. want able stream iso directly these screens....

- need mount iso's on machine first make them act disc? or ps3 able mount directly file/folder structure can see on network?

- there cheap streaming device can buy hook each tv stream these iso's blu-rays? i'd prefer not have have home-built computer connected each tv... i'd rather have device can go out , buy @ each.

- 3d movies? 1 of tv's 3d tv , i'd able stream well.

4. i'd have these available remote streaming iphone , ipad when family , away. i'd need compress these down these devices. makemkv work? or there can compress iso on fly streaming?

if can give me best idea on how great. not compromise on trying stream direct copy of blu-ray though... having exact copies critical i'd here.

thanks,

ethan

depends how define modern ;) core i3 or above do. 2.26ghz core2duo can handle lot of bds, high bitrate stuff (particularly vc1) starts choke.

no go on atv (unless it's atv1 running linux w/ crystalhd), there isn't enough juice in it.
although ps3 can decode content, doubt stock os allow stream entire bd (with menus , all) since there's no iso mounting mechanism, same bd player.

there lot of generic set top boxes able decode blurays, i'm not sure if support disk images.

remuxing isn't enough, you'll need re-encode h264 ios devices.

i'd if want this, getting set top boxes each of locations best bet, if can find can mount isos.
