Adobe Acrobat Technical Form/Field Question

hi,

throwing technical question out there adobe acrobat expert.

have 4 page pdf various fields through out. on last page, there submit pdf option via email. currently, there preset email in place. however, replace email custom field. when users fill out pdf, on first page, there "user email" field. field linked submit button on last page. reason because each pdf sending/filling out, goes different person each time.

how can link email data field on first page submit form button on last page in adobe acrobat?

you can via javascript (if you're familiar javascript).

if doesn't sound daunting (you can find tutorials online), may want download acrobat sdk.
