Resolved Rebuild Photo Library

okay have iphone 4 running 5.0.1 , jailbroken. need rebuild photo library messed it, no idea why . reason need rebuild because current photos there thumbnails when click on brings black screen, if took picture of black screen. when take pictures or not update on photo library.

edit: okay problem after deleting contents should reboot phone, tried way byron said , tried respringing , didn't work. anyway hope helps other people if encounter problem.
