Weird Music Syncing

hi forum,

sync music iphone dragging songs playlist , opting sync playlist phone. somehow, 70 of songs, of bought @ itunes store, on phone if uncheck playlist. nothing else checked.

it's annoying since want rid of of songs. have auto downloads turned on thats new stuff right? why songs still there if they're not in syncing playlist?
