How do you install the "digital copy" of a Blu-Ray to a Mac?

in windows window pops , gives option install, when put disk in superdrive no pop-up window or anything, puts cd name of movie on desktop. tried dark knight , avatar. please, me. i'm new mac.

 

is itunes digital copy or "ultraviolet" digital copy.
