does know level of flexibility app developer has on pricing, when dealing volume purchases business , not educational institution? i've read developers have option grant 50% discount educational institutions, haven't found terms related commercial business?

developer able modify app pricing if business wants buy substantial number of particular app, , business actively enrolled in apple vpp program?
