Thinking about returning my 16gb for the 16gb 4G LTE

i've had ipad 16gb day , 16gb seems perfect me. considering, though, returning , getting 16gb 4g verizon version. have iphone 4s unlimited data. question though, have separate $30 data plan ipad? still have unlimited? there way can switch data between phone , ipad?

 

i in exact same situation, looking @ switching att version. unless iphone 4s jailbroken , have set type of tethering, yes have separate data plan ipad. cannot switch data plans between devices.
