100% Clean up mac with Snow Leopard without the SL disc

need remove alle files on mac , make new.
it's mac mini , has snow leopard. there way it? i'm downloading lion on it, takes long, , don't need lion on (it's music playing, nothing else).

how do this?

 

you create new admin user , delete old one.
, delete apps don't need.
