TetherMe: able to avoid being caught tethering?

for of or have tethered tetherme, have got notice at&t unauthorized tethering?

 

i used quite bit (within reason of course) on iphone4 , never had problem. purchased tether iphone while available , have been using no problems. plan on jailbreaking iphone 4s when home work i'll using tetherme.

don't go nuts on data usage , should fine.
