Inserting Password does nothing.

hello,

everytime insert password when required on installations or so, press password ( , it's surely correct ) , nothing, keeps requesting me password though i've inserted many times, it's second time it's happening me , i've formated mac before , it's happening again, doesn't insert wrong password doesn't continue next step.

there solution this?
