Reusing Refunded Apps

so accidentally bought app omnifocus mac app store (it's 80 dollar app) , sent email apple saying bought accident , if refund. got reply within 30 minutes saying give me eighty dollars. looked @ itunes store , sure enough, got eighty dollars back. however, still own app , usable. normal? app disappear? thanks.

 

you should remove app yourself, using after refund violates app store agreement.
