Resolved Why does this deleted playlist keep reappearing when I connect to iTunes?

i have iphone 4 on os 4 (haven't made jump os 5 yet, know, know!)

reason whenever connect phone itunes, playlist called purchased appears on phone. delete it, iphone resyncs, when unplug it's no long there...but reconnect itunes, reappears.

why doing this, , how can stop it?

 

this "playlist" grouping of of purchased items in itunes. automatically generated itunes, why keeps coming back. contains of music have purchased. doesn't hurt anything, way itunes keep of purchases together.
