QUICK QUESTION: Jailbroken 4S users who have SBSettings... can you turn off 3G???

i know toggle on sbsettings in past able turn off 3g apple removed ability on 4s in settings app.

can still turn off 3g (and have edge data) toggle in sbsettings?

 

also if have verizon (no edge)
