Music Quality/iTunes question?

i once checked box in itunes of "convert higher bit rate songs 128kbps aac".

want songs original quality, believe had @ 256 , @ 192 kbps.

how have songs go original quality rather 128 kbps?

 

are using itunes match? if so, delete , redownload in 256.
