Not authorized on this computer... but it is!!!!

i tried add videos i'd bought itunes in 06 new iphone newly authorized computer after adding them itunes, after having set apple id on , it's telling me can't put them on iphone because not authorized on computer got done authorizing, , it's driving me batty!

able put other itunes store purchases on phone, not these videos unfathomable reason. know going on here? how can around snag? why happen?

 

i had issue app picked on phone when tried transfer itunes..... not sure why happens.
