Lost ability to sort a folder

one of folders lost ability sort somehow. titlebar locked , can no longer click on arrange files name.

weird thing if create new folder, sort works fine. once create folder exact name of broken 1 "nurs 300/301", ability sort lost.

try relaunching finder. hold option key down while right-click finder's dock icon , select "relaunch". if doesn't help, restart computer.
