Late 2008 problems after superdrive replacement

i need trying figure out happened , how fix problems have after replacing superdrive optibay cradle , hdd.

after replacing superdrive , restarting, here experience:

• no airport hardware found
• no bluetooth
• fans running @ 6000 rpm
• keyboard illuminated

have triple checked connections around superdrive space , motherboard, , tried placing superdrive in attempt fix or understand. no avail.

can deal of issues (replace airport express card example), constant fan noise irritating.

system late 2008 mbp 15" 2.66ghz. thoughts or direction appreciated.

alternatively, if tech schematic / drawings of late 2008 15" may help.
