iTunes Remote App - Everytime I open it's ""connecting to library" for 4 seconds

does know how fix this? had itunes remote app on android, when opened pause song or skip next song, opened instantly. yet iphone, , official made apple app, everytime re-enter app have wait 4 seconds while "connects library". how heck keep connected doesn't this? it's real pain in neck.

 

it's annoying, can't it. it's way app designed interface other device.
