Iphone 3gs no wifi help PLEASE.

hey guys bought phone 3gs off of ebay. in recovery mode restored original 4.1 software off of itunes. when turn on wifi grayed out has no firmware , says unable make or receive calls. has new bootrom because checked detector. the phone made in 30th week of 2011. tried add ipad baseband when turn phone on still shows nothing.

there can fix problem??? answers appreciated. in advance

 

any ideas?
