display turned colorful horizontal lines

2007 white macbook. loved. last night listening music on while screen saver up. heard fan louder , screen stopped moving , there crazy multicolored horizontal lines. audio continued fine. turned off , let have night off. seems fine morning.

thoughts on might be? seems red flag ...
