Disabling 'Roving Bug'

roving bugs allows listen microphone of device, if turned off. believe not operate in airplane mode.

roving bugs built iphone itself, i'm unsure if in os or if in baseband. they're supposed law enforcement, it's possible telcos use them, in case.
