Can't copy a file to my USB disk

hello, have plenty of free space on usb disk. file i'm trying copy smaller 4gb , drive formatted fat32.

however, when try move file disk, error:

code:

the item “...” can’t copied because there isn’t enough free space.

 

format , try again...
