Simple VoIP on iPhone 4s

hello.

here's scenario:
have opportunity work home need phone line many conference calls need attend. since have iphone (at&t) , getting company expense cost of phone line (either land or mobile) more trouble it's worth, i'm interested in simple and cheap voip service. don't require chat, text, video calls or access on 3g, need ability call phone numbers via iphone , home wifi connection.

here's question:
maybe it's searching technique i've failed find clear , concise answer primary question; voip service best making calls iphone 4s (via home wifi) , relatively cheap ($30 year or so)? i'm familiar skype , google voice i'm interested in services may have overlooked. again, i'm not interested in chat, text, video calls or 3g access. in fact, i'm not concerned having actual phone number either because work phone can forwarded iphone voice mail retrieval , not.

have heard skype, might meet needs?

simple, easy , cheap restrictions should consider. first can use skype iphone app , existing wifi connection. next can add voice calling mobile or landline $2.99 per month.

restrictions: limit of each call 60 minutes , should not use skype company confidential calls.

if need more skype might consider moving dedicated voip provider.
