Early 2011 13' MacBook Pro Battery issues

hi,
i’m running mbp 13’ 2.3ghz i5 & ive noticed significant
drop in battery life. around 4hrs based on standard use: web browsing, emailing, youtube & bit of itunes. used around 5/6hrs.
i’ve checked battery using istat pro: battery health 97% cycles 121.
other day had 88% of charge opened youtube dropped 21% , stayed there when closed youtube.
else seeing kind of thing???
