Apple Kills Off White MacBook as Educational Institution Distribution Halted

last july, apple discontinued white macbook consumer lineup, pushing consumers toward company's popular macbook air line or 13-inch macbook pro. company didn't kill off macbook entirely though, continued offer it educational institutions.




apple has notified resellers has ended distribution channel well, classifying macbook "end of life". unclear @ point apple ceased production on macbook, company's manufacturing partners wound down work on machine time ago, company continuing sell through final batch limited educational institution market since time.

not of surprise , wasn't keep manufacturing them long, there spec rather outdated
