iTunes Sync apps

hi,

have had near disastrous sync errors allready i'll ask here.
hooked iphone first time home pc organise iphone , ipad resources apps, books, etc.

have been syncing ipad several times , want sync iphone. have been using iphone past few days , has been configured normal use. during first connect itunes asked apple id, ok entered it.

first sync seems have been performed but... items deselected synchronizing. instance apps. want select sync button apps warning (dutch):
weet u zeker dat u apps wilt synchroniseren? alle bestaande apps en de bijbehorende gegevens op de iphone <name> worden vervangen door apps uit deze itunes bibliotheek.
translates to:
sure want synchronize apps? existing apps en relevant data on iphone <name> replaced apps in itunes library.

of course don't want delete on iphone, want itunes syncronize word says: on iphone , not on pc , bring pc, on pc , not on iphone , bring iphone.
how do that?

not possible how 1 handle getting new pc , hooking iphone , ipad first time. seems present same problem.

 

some steps syncing iphone 4 itunes: 1) connect iphone 4 pc , launch itunes. 2) select iphone option in itunes sidebar. 3) select content you’d sync (music, email , contacts). 4) @ completion of process, click apply button on itunes. wait syncing complete.
